after that weekend, Anna and i hardly talked to eachother until i read on her facebook that someone close to her had passed away. i immediately sent her my condolences and our conversation was brief. a few months after that passed without us talking to eachother. i messaged her on facebook to apologize for that SF weekend. she said she appreciated my apology and it took some time to mend the issue but we did, or so i thought. we hung out a few times and while the first time it was awkward, we eventually got over it and were cool. she and her cousin spent New Year's Eve 2016 playing rockband in my house. i thought we were good. my birthday came around and she sent me a happy birthday in April. we hadn't talked to eachother apart from that text. then september came through and i sent her a happy birthday as well. that would be the last time we said anything to eachother.

earlier in 2017, her cousin, who is also an Aries and shares her birthday with Enrique, i noticed deleted me from facebook. at first it just seemed like she had deactivated it and within the week, i saw that she had just deleted me. it came as a surprise, especially because her and i had actually talked a bit more in the past year or so. but i understand. Anna and her extremely close and if Anna doesn't talk to me, i don't expect the cousin to either.

just last week i noticed that Anna delete me from facebook as well. but this wasn't the first time Anna did something similar.

Nicole and i still talked but i was much closer to Anna. one day Nicole asks if we could hang out and she comes to my house and we sit outside in her car getting high. we discuss Enrique's lack of movement in terms of him coming to visit her, his lack of commitment to the relationship, and his overall absence. and she reveals something about what she thinks is happening. my first reaction to this is that she's probably just super high and is being paranoid. i wasn't aware of how important that comment would be later in our lives. Nicole and i grow apart and Anna and me grow closer, continuing to hang out almost every weekend. how do you even begin writing about this? the names have been changed to protect the innocent or whatevs. it started with Enrique and Nicole. Enrique was a drifter; traveler of the world. he was tattooed, aries, a beautiful writer, a loner wolf. Nicole was a bright spirit; a photographer former law school student, libra. they met on myspace and rapidly developed a relationship online. things became intense fast and soon enough they were professing their love for eachother; planning weddings and having kids; they hadn't met eachother personally. Nicole and Anna met through Enrique. Enrique being a close friend of Anna he invited Anna and Nicole to hang out with eachother while he was away. they decided to meet up on the anniversary of a popular bar in Tijuana. this is also where i met Anna.
