trifecta of millennials in the tragic scene of online dating. part III

Nicole and i still talked but i was much closer to Anna. one day Nicole asks if we could hang out and she comes to my house and we sit outside in her car getting high. we discuss Enrique's lack of movement in terms of him coming to visit her, his lack of commitment to the relationship, and his overall absence. and she reveals something about what she thinks is happening. my first reaction to this is that she's probably just super high and is being paranoid. i wasn't aware of how important that comment would be later in our lives.

Nicole and i grow apart and Anna and me grow closer, continuing to hang out almost every weekend. Enrique developed a strong friendship; talking almost every day, some times all day. he had a few relationships and i would chat them up, unsuccessfully flirting.

in 2012 or 2013 he met someone and his presence on facebook began decreasing. the next time i saw Anna, i asked about him and she mentioned Victoria for the first time. all Anna had said was that they fucked like animals and that that seemed to be the foundation on which the relationship was based on. she mentioned that they had nothing in common but a very lust filled, sexual attraction toward eachother. cool. that is pretty much where the conversation ends. i begin to see things about her on his facebook; whether a picture he commented on or a video she posted on his timeline, her presence began to flourish and so did his. some time later, months, i believe, he deactivates his facebook. the next time i hear the name Victoria is in winter of 2014 in San Francisco.
